After a process of very precise boning, it is trimmed to perfection and stuffed with a filling of Summer Truffle, with whole pieces that are clearly visible when cut. Then it is pressed to obtain a large and flat slice that resembles that of the thigh bone. The sweet taste of raw ham is embellished by the heady scent of truffles resulting in a unique and refined product.
