This pasture-raised Ibérico ham is hand-cut in Spain. It has a rich complex flavor and beautiful marbling that can only be found in Spanish Jamón Ibérico. Serve at room temperature with good bread and your favorite wine.

Montaraz Jamón Ibérico is all natural and made from only pasture-raised pigs. The animals wander the forests of western Spain eating grass, grains and a few acorns. The hams are aged for up to two years with no preservatives. There is only one finer grade of ham in Spain, Jamón Ibérico de Bellota.

Montaraz is part of the DOP Extremadura, and every part of creating these special hams is supervised by a regulatory board to ensure the highest quality.

Since 1890, Montaraz has cured fine Ibérico hams in western Spain. Four generations of family expertise goes into the curing of every jamón.
