Sanniti Pitted Green Cerignola Olives are Italian olives that are pitted and packed in brine. Named for the town of Cerignola, these green olives pair wonderfully with dry-cured meats and Italian cheeses on a charcuterie board. You may also stuff them with diced peppers and crumbled feta cheese for a flavorful appetizer. Or toss these meaty olives in a pasta recipe to add a subtle briny flavor.
