Parma Prosciutto Grassi Giuseppe Black Label is a whole prosciutto di Parma DOP that has been aged for 18 months by La Torre. Produced in the region of Emilia-Romagna, Grassi Giuseppe Prosciutto is considered the brand’s flagship dry-cured ham. The black label is the crown jewel of all of their cured meats. With a protected designation of origin, this Italian meat’s authenticity is guaranteed. Serve thin slices on a charcuterie platter with melons and a pinch of sea salt.
