Everyone loves the flavor of peach, but peach bitters are actually quite rare nowadays, making Fee Brothers Peach Bitters truly unique. Peach bitters were extremely popular before the Prohibition era. After Prohibition, they all but faded into memory.

Traditionally, peach bitters are used in drinks made with sherry and other light spirits. Its floral aroma and sweet fruit taste balances the bitterness for a perfect addition to a variety of cocktail recipes, such as the Xerxes. (A Xerxes cocktail is made by combining a dash each of peach and orange bitters with dry sherry and a bit of simple syrup.)
