TEXTURAS Agar, extracted from red algae (genera Gelidium and Gracilaria), is a gelling agent and a fiber source forming gels in very low concentrations, suitable for making hot jellies.

  • Rapid gelation.
  • Once gelled, withstands temperatures up to 80°C (hot gelatin).
  • Allow to rest for proper gelation.
