Large Butter Beans (Judion) harvest begins in September and October. Our Butter Bean is picked fresh, delicately cooked and packed in natural brine to keep its texture all year around.
Champiñón (Mushrooms) picked small, when it is white and shaped as a button in September
(at full maturity it is as Portobello mushroom). It feeds directly from the earth taking all the Spanish
terroir has to offer, acquiring its earthy taste.
