Olive harvest begins for the prized 1st harvest, 1st cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our 100% single varietal Picual and Hojiblanca olives are harvested during the months of November through January, and first cold-pressed in the northern regions of Andalusia and the plains of Jaen, Spain.
Truffle for Truffle Oil. Picked from the end of November through March and infused during this period as well. The final product is available December – April.
